I have _Celtic Folklore Cooking_; I've only made a couple of recipes, 
but they turned out well. I haven't cracked it in a while, but from what 
I remember, the information wasn't necessarily accurate.

Jen Delyth is a very famous artist; she's especially know for her 
"Celtic Tree of Life" piece. Thanks for reminding me she has a book!
