 I got the book for Sunday's meeting YESTERDAY :) It's not very long, so reading it is not a problem but this is also a week where Mark is in for less than two days so at this point I am going to have to pass. He should be home for the month of August so I expect to be at the group then. I have been delving into all things Celtic and would like to recommend a fun cookbook called "Celtic Folklore Cooking" by Joanne Asala. I have made the Lemon Curd twice now and it turned our great! The cookbook includes stories and origins of some of the foods. I would also recommend "Celtic Folk Soul" by Jen Deylth. it's a bit pricey, but it is a beautiful art book about Celtic art, symbolism and mythology.
