<br>Please bring a dish to feed 8 for feasting, as well as utensils for yourself. Traditional and seasonal foods include:<br><br>venison<br>eggs<br>rabbits<br>goats<br>seaweed<br>cheese and cultured dairy<br>goose<br>fish, esp herring<br>
corned beef - Sue will be bringing<br>cake - Chris and Kelley will be bringing<br>greens, especially dandelion - Sue will be bringing<br>root vegetables<br><br>Brad and Katie will also be bringing bunny-shaped rolls. >:)<br>
<br><br>Taking it Deeper, Ideas for Personal Participation in the Celebration and the Season:<br><br>-- Women, bring a veil for your hair.<br>-- Bring personal offerings for Bride,
Angus and/or the Cailleach, if you wish.<br>-- Bring an evergreen branch to be blessed.<br>-- Bring an old pot and something to bang on it with.<br>-- We will have toasts, stories and songs during feasting, again. Prepare one or more, if you wish!<br>
-- It is traditional for kids to receive gifts of eggs and to cook and eat them outdoors the next day. Let us know if you will be bringing children, as we will bring eggs to give to each kid to eat on Monday morning. Encourage them to handle as much of the cooking themselves as they are able to and allow them to eat it outside.<br>
