Hi There everyone,

Apologies on the delay for me introducing myself to the group.  I am Amanda.  I have an interest in Celtic Reconstructionism, but don't know a great deal about it.  My pagan background is in British Traditional Witchcraft (BTW), but I would like to deepen my tradition and spiritual roots into reconstructionism after so many years of a pagan revivalist approach.

I've spent the last year and a half reconnecting with my priestess self, as she got tucked away while I was working away on my college degree.  It has been a joyful reunion.

Personally, I love to do needlework (knitting and crochet), and I have plans to start my own business as a personal chef.

Thank you, Kelley and Chris for starting and moderating this group, and to the list, I look forward to learning, debating, and sharing community.

Blessings,
Amanda

Donna Miller...

I am learning to play Irish and Scottish traditional music and am pretty active as an understudy in the Denver Irish traditional music scene as a beginner Irish tenor banjo player.

As a pagan, I do not practice any particular tradition, though I am drawn to both ancient Celtic and ancient Persian beliefs.

My intent here is that I am very interested in learning about the culture, current and ancient, that gave birth to the music I am learning to play.
