I can't speak for sure and can't seem to find the dang article now, but I read somewhere before the wedding took place that if the turn out was even close to charles and di's wedding it would boost the british economy by a stupid high number. I want to say it was between a quarter and half a billion dollars.  Maybe guenhwyfar can clarify better than I. If I find the article, I'll post it.
