[Cro Dreoilin] Online archives and digest-only users

Hi, everyone.

There was a bug with the web interface for archives of this mailing 
list, but I've fixed it now.  You can see archives of all posts that 
have gone through this list by going to:

    http://crodreoilin.org/pipermail/community/

The same bug was preventing mailing list digests from going out.  
Digest-only users should start seeing new posts now, but if you want to 
see posts sent to the list previously, please go to the archives page.
